There are obviously all sorts of comparative metrics that could be used. Arguably, a SOP project would get off the ground before a RP or TPA project, therefore it could be risked differently, but the market it saying, we are not interested in something so expensive, so far into the future at this part of the commodities cycle.
I can think of several companies with much more cash and similar MC, as the market believes they will piss their money up the wall and have nothing to show for it.
