Scratching head on this. Nil debt, $70M+ in the bank, cash rolling in from production that is set to increase further, great strategic plans IMO, Albemarle talking M&A and drawing attention to NMT, and news like this forecasting rising lithium prices:

Perhaps a few punters have got a little bored with lithium and started hitting the pot stock bong too hard... they'll be back IMO
