A 10% buyback has now been announced starting the 19th of October. It'll be interesting to see how many they have to buyback to get the shares enough above $1 to ensure all/most of the options get exercised.
Of course each share they buy back is positive to their NTA but I don't think it makes a huge difference. For example if they bought back the whole 10% at 92c it would add 4.4c to their (pre-dilution) NTA.
