if further negotiation will happen, we have concessions and guarantees for the operation from Thai, think RSK would not enter further dicussions without any guarantees, and the leases etc. we already got are not scope of the settelment/dispute, (acc. some thai news).

we aswell need time (several month) so the "Upper-managment" can discuss furhter with DPIM /Thai gov. (the last details), while the "lower-managment" is already preparing to start the business again

- machines
- staff search
- funding
- etc....

as everything is ready (we hired alot of local people already, invested money) meawhile those "upper-decison-making-guys" get the last small details agrreed, as than is almost like no way back for tham (if you think that there will be 500-1000 people employed, and a bunch of money invested)
So if during this whole start-up run-the-business and dispute solving process we hold the "TAFTA" card still as Joker is a may not that bad at all
