only God will give us Hope
so the hope prhase is something for the church and doesnt belong to dispute-sloving / re-open business process /
wouldnt it be an agreemnet/updated:
--> if we sign that we re-open under furhter negotiatinons with guarantees and concessions from Thai and meanwhile leave the TAFTA decision open, as a backup for us. I mean by giving the leases back etc. Thai already admitted that they did a mistake. Till 31/01/22 still a few days.
wouldnt it be still a re-opening of the chatree
--> we anyway need time to reopen / repair / stuff / start plant ( during that time the parties use to discuss further) while reopening is already in progress
wouldnt it be it be nice if we were happy
--> if we hold the arbitration award in our pocket as "backup" as the reopening process is finished (In the case of an issue)
will this stop us from funding the the busniess/ company ?
Dont think so, lenders and loans probably already waiting and with the guaranteed leases will be even more easy, they are not scope ot the arbitration award either.
