• The buyback doesn't need to be big, just small / tinny , just with a small portion like walking along chewing chewy gum..

• You can walk a dog, hold a girls hand & chew gum all at the same time... You can even scratch your balls occasionally too !

• We refurbish Plant # 1, we provide bottled water, We do all the community relations & we also buyback a little each week..

( the starting point is 2.5 million shares, just to get back the future dilution of 2.5 million shares that Taurus Sharks have and will pay us $2 for when we are fully operational & they convert there options into Ordinary shares.... anything bought back below $2 is profit for shareholders )

There is no rush, if we stay at $1.50 for the next six months PERFECT! We slowly reverse the diluting Capital raise too that was only needed to get us through an unexpected delay that is not our current situation anymore & we cancel these shares forever......

All shareholders believe we are going north of $3 with both plants running in 2024, so buying back as many as possible even up to $2 and reduce the shares on issue is going to be giving us much higher dividends in late 2024 or when a Sale of Neuva Esperanza occurs..

I'm not here for 5 minutes & i didn't see you here at 16c...

We $ucked up not buying back more at 22c when we had NO PLANT RUNNING, NO LICENCE, NO NOTHING !

If you wait until the Sky is Blue, well just like You, you miss out on buying at 22c & you arrive on the scene at $1.50

If we wait until next year with both plants running and making + $100 million profit then the buyback price with be + $3 instead of today $1.44


It's a balancing Act for sure, So Ross the Boss needs to get his Circus hat on...
