" Kingsgate can also advise that it has secured an additional cash advance of 100 million
Thai Baht (A$4.2 million)1
from Akara Resources Public Company Limited’s (Kingsgate’s
Thai subsidiary) preference shareholder to provide working capital support to assist in
commissioning of Chatree Plant #2. The cash advance is repayable 12 months from the
date of the advance with a 12% interest rate paid quarterly in arrears. "
