options- that would just be another form of dilution...the last thing we want is dilution no different from doing a capital raising.....if every one is getting them then it is a zero sum game...only works if only a percentage of people get them..eg directors...positive for those receiving/negative for those not.....If ELK are going to be successful then they will be able to fund themselves with cashflow and JVs,if not then they would join the hundreds of tiddlers that burn sharholders cash and never return it, in which case why would you want to invest more money.....the reason i have invested so much in ELK is that I beleive they are good enough to build the company without draining shareholders and that would set them apart from the majority of small startup companys......I thought you said yesterday you were bankrupt??? however if you have money to spend on ELK then why not buy on market????
