I agree that looking at the charts, 18c looks clearly a key resistance level.
- When it broke this level in 2005, it rallied to approx 37c.
-When it broke this in 2007 it went to approx 46c.
- Then when broke in 2009, went to approx 40c.
With the value per share of some of the projects already discussed on here, breaking 18c should be a matter of when not if!
