I was puzzled earlier in the week when someone was buying at 45.5c. If it was small volumes I'd think someone was just being silly or trying something odd, but the volume was large.
The volume above 45c so far today is also large, and the bid at 45.5c is quite considerable. It's very puzzling. I don't know what their plan is, but to have that much money to put into this game, I assume they have a reasonable amount of brain. You don't tend to have hundreds of thousands of dollars to flitter around like that without some brains. Maybe they think they can kick up a fight with AUT over transfer of the last few shares, and make them pay a small premium to get it sorted out quickly. Or perhaps they're thinking they can convince others that something exciting is going to happen and make money in a pump and dump, with the option of bailing out at the last minute for a small loss if it doesn't work.
