Brad....you should closely READ the SKG press release.
it says they need to find $8m in "cash" plus another $20m in shares to acquire OGL.
It is an initial $28m in Total.
but thats what SKG say in their press release and is EXACTLY what i have said and NOTHING like what you are saying.
And on Cornells Brad....they are getting shares now........i think Cornells might be seeing as to what action they can take against SKG to get their %850k loan out.
Otherwise its gone.
