Hi folks,

When is ASIC going to wake up to corporate
low-life, like this guy .....??

This Vaz Hovanessian character is still around
apparently and now he is rewarding himself
and his cronies with millions of shares in the
all-but-defunct ECE, before going back to the
market for more money.

For those that may be unfamiliar with the story:

VH took 2 perfectly good junior oilers and proceeded
to destroy them, in order to enter the hitech boom,
with MXS and ECE ..... again, both dismal failures.

Do yourselves a favour and do not contribute to
any issue that may be forthcoming from ECE .....
their past record stinks.

Just to give you an idea of the stupid moves this
guy has made ..... he and Ted, sold the petroleum
leases that SGR owned for about $240,000 and said
that they were lucky to get that amount for them.

..... now you may wish to check on the list of leases
that BUY bought from VH and Ted ... and just check
what value Bounty ascribes to them.

Either, VH and Ted do not know sh*t-from-clay-or-
prospective-drilling-targets or BUY has way overvalued their holdings ..... there's plenty of repsected oilfield
people at BUY, they tell me ... so it looks like VH and
his crew, screwed up again !~!

vocabulary does not include corporate governance.

In fact, VH will feature at the top of a shame list
that we have set up for ASX-listed companies.
