Court? Sue? Do you live in the USA? This is a blog will T&C's. No one gets sued. I reckon where there is smoke there is fire. I guess we will find out whether WNB is a Zombie company or nor pretty soon. If Monty's info is right there could be trouble. Public companies have a duty of care to disclose letter's of demand for unpaid bills to the market don't they? So I guess continuous disclosure will dictate whether those claims are true or not.
