well with mining it may scream up and the assays are poop and its crash bang. oil runs up then well is dry...money done crash bang. hear at least you dont know about deals that never gone done. you get the luxury of a slow painful death. lets call it time value money enjoyment experience. rather have fun here than the grave yard in gold.
