In my opinion the method of setting up a formal process for buyers of companies hardly every works... if you are a real interested party you will wait for someone to make a bid before you making a bid... better if noone makes a bid to let the process run its course and THEN a month later or two, once the share price has fallen MAKE A BID!!!
I would not be surprised to see a takeover bid for AMX in a month or two.
