    Certainly wouldn't be selling at this stage for a cent!! All the negativity imo' has been factored into the SP and then some..Looking for an update or two in the near future...Wouldn't be surprised if some of these pessimistic posters are buying up..Too early to know whether the Pell 105 deal was poorly made..
