Yes, I must admit I thought it was an Insto that had placed a platform under the price, knowing that it would be unlikely to get taken out.
If the 5 mill gets filled, it would appear that the buyers are moving back in.
It would be nice to see it reach 19 or 20 cents, it may be worth looking at HZN, which has great similarities to CTP , they do have two substantial JV partners, but are only producing 110 Bbls per day .
