Turnover is not quick enough for traders. If buying to sell at .008 it could be a very long time to get a sale, plus there is a high risk of losing quite a bit or even being unable to sell at all if there is some bad news. This is not trading territory.
So buyers are accumulators, at least for mid term or in the hope of a substantial lift after some good news. It's likely the supply at .007 will just keep coming - as long as Duchess is getting issues at 90% of the sp. I'd be reasonably confident that the seller is Duchess and they still have a lot of holdings.
It needs some really positive news to re-rate the sp back above .01, or (never let it be said) some manipulative action.
