I doubt it is the overseas people.

Most of them are not allowed to buy on market (or so I have been told) - mind you the good news is that they had $25m worth of interest at 30c when they did it and only took $10m. The fact that the SP sunk soon after supports the idea that the interested parties are not allowed to buy on market. Ican support the idea that they had overbids because I participated and my bid was cut in half.
