Yeah he is there alright, I see it as a negative to be honest, he is saying "hey if on the off chance everything fails I am here to pick up a bunch of cheap shares."
However I have never seen a share rise so much and still be so tight as ASN, IMO there are big holders and investors that know far more about the positive prospects of ASN than I do.
I could be wrong but I am holding tight and have been buying on the dips each time, as a matter of fact we have been pushing higher and higher after each retracement.
