While I share your caution in the midst of continued uncertainty, at least for another week, I hope your agenda is not for wanting to buy in at a lower price.
My question relates more to what shareholders get for management & co to receive these excessive shares at 2c? What are the trigger points or achievement thresholds reach for performance shares, options etc? A bloated share base is ignored as long as the sp continues rising. Other than that, blockchain technology is great and the company is well placed if they can demonstrated their revenue model more clearly to help articulate the materialness of their recent signings.
