It simply does not make sense to me that CER after the sp crossover is now loer than CNP in the lead up to the announcement. If there is any downside in the announcement, CNP will definitely be more affected than CER. Plus also the dilution effect on CNP share price.

My personal view is, the management is smart in announcing no interim dividend for CER in the last announcement, so that this will not be a downside in the forthcoming announcement.

Another comfort is that bank fees are paid with shares calculated at 15c for CNP as in the last announcement. In a way, banks, whereever possible, will endeavor to minimise the negative impact on share price.

I see high chances of major players accumulating CER in the lead up to the new announcement.
