I agree with everything you said.

Invest what you can afford to lose if the situation turns bad.

But IMHO this stock is worth buying and at these low prices. Pre the storm it was 8x more in value and as per the announcement. The issue has been resolved.

There is only one thing from stopping this price getting higher. That is the day traders who keep selling as it starts to climb.

Seriously, this stock is currently less then 1 cents to buy. If they hit gold. People will be kicking themselves and hard at that for either not buying or selling at cheap profits.
