my beliefs differ - I think there are plenty of stocks around the traps that do not have insto support and can sustain rising share prices. Perhaps the comment is accurate for ESI as it will mean a tighter share register and less free float but as a broad generalisation across the market it is a little off the mark.
anyway I know what your getting at.
