A successful FS will be a momentous event. Instos will definitely be all over it.
Its a "simple" tech and it will likely be seen to be straight forward to implement from the FS approval onwards. Most of the risk will be gone.
Getting instos on board is the aim - thats clear.
What are instos looking for with ESI - taking into consideration the chequered past ?
Getting LYP on board could be an instigator for instos to take a "partial" position.
Possible China/India deal - Positive Matmor/Hatch - favourable Copenhagen moves - favourable ETS - thay are all likely to happen in the next 6 months ... and instigate an insto buy.
But for now pre AGM - it would be nice to see the SPV done with the cash banked.
