My post was in respond to Steini's post

"... ANP has been stalling when other stock has been getting lots of attention."

The tipping comp indicating that a lot of ppl on HC actually paying a lot of attention to ANP. That's all.

As for the tipping comp, there are quite a few months where the top 20 tipped stock did make it either the same month or the following month.
Obviously most tipping is centred around anticipated positive announcement for the particular stock.Some may be due to obvious manipulation and is undervalued.
e.g. MST is one such stock where it was intentionally pushed down for the most favourable debt conversion price.

ANP could be one being hold down for the funding negotiation as it may involve EFF and new option exercise pricing.
