As i see it at lease 25% of Ton is held by institutions and others would prefer to be involved in CR instead of trying to buy a few million on market purchases which would only drive the sp upwards before they would really want the sp to rise. Cash Raising offer institutions the best method of getting into TON cheaply but i dont mind because they providingbthe cash to continue developing the resource and i dont care about the fear of dilution because after all we can all benefit in the longer term because price ratios dont matter much when excessive speculation takes over in a company like Ton when it has a world class resource & plenty of cash in the bank . Anyone choise to disagree ?
