I think this doesn't look good at all, they try to make it sound better than it actually is!
They didn't find decent gold to date and everything is based on hope.
Hope in my opinion isn't a good platform for sucessful business.
Furthermore, their desicion to go with La Jolla in the first place doesn't give me much confidence about their level of competence either!
The only way to raise money is to issue more and more shares meaning more and more dilution.
