Rate = BBSW 6 month rate plus 2.10%, currently 10.04%
Rate set at commencement of each interest period.
Interest paid semi-annually on 15/5 and 15/11.
Terms are in place until reset date in Nov 2012 when they will be reset.
Conversion is back to cash at maturity or on the reset date.
