It is a potential takeover but not close to being confirmed yet.
You're right the change of ownership notices are the tell tale signs.
Whatever the case may be this is going to be a great one to trade from now on with all the speculation and denials going to drive the price.
No doubt another capital return will be on the cards later this year with all the cash being generated.
With MRE,MGX and WTE going gangbusters i think i might crack a coldie tonight.
