Nice theory oh,boy but a little short when tested against reality.
even if you can save $200K in 2-3 yrs, the interest on it in fixed deposit @ even 8% (exagerated average) is $16K & if you were on an income that allowed you to save $200K in 2-3 years you would have to pay half the interest in tax. So you have 8K clear to:
"Pay your rent.....out of Interest earned on it...pay for necessesties out of it for another 2 years"
So you think that $160 a week (after tax) will cove rent & "necessesties" ..... not in any place where you can find a job that will allow you to save $200K in 2-3 years.
