I have both PCL and FAR, so I have been monitoring both fairly closely. FAR said that they hope to have L6 finalised in Q3. Well Q3 is virtually NOW!
There's also talk that FAR is waiting for FAN 1 result before finalising, and FAN 1 result is also due to be wrapped up Q3. A bit of a coincidence or good planning?
I think a lot of us are turning blue from holding our breath for something to happen and the result of Sunbird.
