- Advisers leaving and taking their clients with them
- Loss of AUM
- Loss of mandates
- Unresolved class actions
- A terrible name in the industry meaning
- Advisers don't want to deal with them
- Clients don't want to deal with them
- Other fund managers don't want to deal with them
I could go on but you get the point.
