buyers have pushed AEJ up a little as the time ticks away. We should here from the Arbitration in the next two weeks.

I suspect that the Board has 2 sets of half year accounts, one where the arbitration has gone against AEj and one that is favourable.

I suspect that the result will be favourable and we should see the half year accounts showing a management EBITDA of greater than $15.5m which will allow the SP to fly well over $50/share
