The sellers simply will not come out in force, even though the sp has almost double in a very short time. Steady accumulation seems to be happening.
PXL has in my opinion too much going for it and current shareholders know it and they are not going to sell at any old price. My gut feeling is that some major/development is imminent. Don't you think?
