re: buyers being very careful / gone... just my thoughts, but buyers want confirmation that NDO has touched it's bottom (hmmm sounds dodgy) and is now headed back up.
regardless of fundamentals price / chart action has a powerful psychological effect.
Has been fairly volatile recently, most recently on the downside. It could be that those waiting at 4.0 and 4.1 are not DT's looking for quick $. Not to mention those watching from the sidelines (there seems to be a lot judgeing from buying patterns lately).
