for mine, it would depend on the longterm ability of NDO to produce "the goods".
you'd have to look into yourself, but many oil stocks have been at this sp which are now anywhere b/n 20c to $$. some have moved quickly - 1 - 2 years.
Anyway, I'll leave it to the experts. But ultimately ... the market decides despite the best predictions.
