Very likely to be a consolidation, as there's too little liquidity with the price between 0.002 and 0.003. I'm guessing 5 or 10 to 1. I'd expect the post-consolidation price to be a little above 0.002 equivalent and to slowly pick up from there. So I would buy now at 0.002 but not 0.003. Good luck with that though!
