Hi Macau. Do you have a chart that you can post?

I think there's some accumulation going on by someone.
The cap of 2million sell at 0.13 is there for a reason, and it's not because that seller is interested in selling. No one is going to take that wall out for $260K without some pretty good inside information for where SAY is heading next.
The lack of news re: the henan agreement is worrying. This was meant to be finalised at the end of last year. 3 months into 2011 and there's still no news of what is going on. I really hope someone who can negotiate is involved in whatever discussions are going on.

If you note the daily trading activity. A stack of the buy side appears each day, and then disappears, and reappears etc. I can't see any reason for this other than someone does not want it to go through that 13 cent barrier, and is accumulating. That in itself might be a good sign. Let's hope.
