Damn good question macau. There does seem to be some collusion around this silly bugger behavior. 13 cents is completely random as you suggest. Maybe it's an attempt to traders taking control of stock and ramping it out of proportion. Because as you suggested before, it doesn't seem that anyone is accumulating, or at least they might have been but they seem to have stopped. I'm just wondering if the Henan agreement does go through, how it looks like in terms of them getting some action - whether it's just JV or them buying into SAY. I think the big risk in that anyone buying in is buying into Franco. But it does feel like this year is the year it's going to happen.
