    get on board Stalemate at the moment. I feel the next move up will be a big one perhaps after a trading halt that could come at anytime. The reason for the announcement delay is a last minute problem - typical of Chinese negotiators. This has now been resolved. Announcement to come soon. Still not too late to get on board.
