My guess - institutions/overseas investors getting onboard following management presentations in UK and Asia in June and July. Could also be Comm Bank/Colonial continuing to increase their stake as evidenced from recent ASX holding announcement.
Looks positive for SGL as it prepares to connect to AGL network later this year.
