Yes you could say people should be positive, but the record date is 8 October 2010 with new share dispatched on 5 November 2010 (that's the 170 million new 2c shares). I am interested in the company and am keeping an eye on it, but would also say that people should be wary and fully understand what the company is currently doing and that the capital raising is not complete, rather it is underway and that the new shares are not being traded yet.
