Hello tremeer, you are right about the buying but a lot at a low level does not count for much perhaps unless they raise their bid.

I believe it is technical this week - that is, I mean this move as the volume is too low. I was testing it yesterday after doing some buying and have bought again this morning. Today we have begun the break out however volume is muted, this is very quiet but sellers appear 'exhausted' now.

Here is the zoom in on the daily chart. Note technicals do not work as effectively for low volume stocks as a greater data sample size is required - liquidity. That does not render TA useless on NTU just a caution.

The buying a few weeks back - that was a different issue, see the strong RSI reading. We also had strong buy divergence this is 'poised' in my humble opinion. First resistance looks to be 40c.
