I hope it will turn out that way but he could buy now heads for a lot less than the 1.8c conversion price and later sell those heads to convert the oppies should the sp be higher than 1.8c.

I have no doubt we will see a much higher sp in the future, but not sure if we get there in time for the oppies. Have been involved in stocks where management let slip their oppies away, so there is never a guarantee.

Hard to see even 1.3c getting hit ATM.
Focus is on assets sale and spending the remaining $ 1m to secure 80% of the JV. So there is actually no rush for the comp to get the oppies over the line as a future deal with a big player will compensate for the "lost" oppie millions.
