pretty hard for BHP to come to CHK and say we want to do a deal / JV / buyout / etc without disclosing their results , I would tell them to take a long jump off of one of their Pier's at their ports ... and there would be some issues of withholding info if imagine... I say this with tongue firmly between teeth but we are in an excellent position once BHP come a knocking .... + what is $100 m down payment to them ... that's fuel for the private planes / hotels and meal bills for a year ... which will be added to their MC in a blink if they have good 2nd round drilling copper /silver / gold results ... South Australia would belong to them if it's a goer
