    MC still only $8m , with BHP talking up Oak Dam were we lease the ground bordering them $80 m to $100 Mc is not out of the Q when you see some of the MC's of some of the small speccy Companies listed on the ASX ... plenty got $60 m ++ with little of the blue sky that CHK now has going for it , but early days for us
