Whilst exactly what this will mean to CHK is another question, one does not need the bush telegraph to get the BHP message as to what their step out drilling may have revealed:
Mackenzie said: 'which, of course in time, will add to our copper production.'
Those are pretty unambiguous words from a very measured and careful CEO. Would he have made this statement if the step out results were poor or the results entirely unknown? It is certainly much stronger wording than when the discovery was first announced.
