Hardly a convincing move imo. A bit of short covering by the look imo. Large buyers arent silly. A Dougga analogy is practically worthless with High CO2 being the main constraint to any commercial development offshore. So really risk has increased dramatically with the Primary Birsa and secondary Ain Grab being 'dry'. All the ramping in the world will not change these facts imo. Watch for the late Dump. DYOR
