    buyers still building, sellers stopped and the sell side is very thin. Wouldnt take much for a decent move to 4c.

    Come on NUP gives us some news the chart is primed and the interest has been put out there, there are a lot of people watching the stock and waiting for some news to take a position!!!!!!
